Biography

Peter Kunz has been advising national and international companies in M&A as well as real estate transactions, in Banking & Finance and other aspects of Business Law for many years. He is founding and managing partner of the Vienna based Austrian law firm Kunz Wallentin Rechtsanwälte ( www.kunzwallentin.at ) Peter is a very active Member of the International Bar Association and officer of the Real Estate Section . He loves being able to provide feasible solutions for complex situations. Good advisors must help in solving problems and should not look for even more.: Peter is a team player who enjoys learning from each other and working together to find solutions for clients. Peter acts as a member of the managing board of trusts and of a venture capital company ( www.symbia-vc.com ) , where he can experience the advisors’ work from a client’s perspective, therefore he is learning what really is important to clients. Peter gives lectures regarding corporate and real estate law at national and international congresses and Peter also teaches a course for young (potential) supervisory board members .In this he tries to present complex contents in a simple and practical way and lives reverse mentoring. Peter is author of various publications and co -editor of the Handbook for the Supervisory Board. Peter enjoys cultivating long-lasting friendships at home and abroad and constantly meeting new, interesting people.
