Rodrigo Soto Morales is a seasoned attorney and consultant with over 10 years of experience in airport litigation, representing airlines, airport groups, and airport service providers. He is the Director of SOTMOR Consultores, a firm specializing in Aeronautical Law, Administrative Law, Energy Law, and consulting on Security, Justice, and the Rule of Law. He has held prominent academic roles, including General Coordinator of the Law degree at Universidad Panamericana (Guadalajara), and currently teaches Aeronautical Law and National Security Law at the Mexico City campus.
His professional affiliations include membership in the Latin American Association of Aeronautical and Space Law (ALADA) and certification by IATA in various aspects of International Air Law. Additionally, he serves as a professor in various institutions such as the Colegio de Defensa Nacional and the Universidad Aeronáutica de Querétaro, focusing on areas related to national security and airport law.
