Biography

Hunter Qiu is a corporate, M&A lawyer focusing on cross-border transactions in manufacturing, technologies, life science, consumer, automobile and other sectors. Prior to joining the firm as a partner in 2016, Hunter practiced with American Biglaws (Jones Day, Baker McKenzie, Cooley and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman) in their Washington D.C., Dallas, Texas, Beijing and Shanghai offices for many years.
