Biography

Linettte has over 12 years of experience as an insurance counsel. She is currently Legal & Compliance Manager for Mexico, Central America, and Caribbean at Aon. As part of the Aon Law Department, she has led initiatives regarding professional liability, litigation, employment matters, and insurance business advisory in Latin America. Before joining the Aon Law Department, she was Claims Manager where she advocated for policyholders with complex claims at the insurance companies. Her experience centers in insurance coverage, regulation, and claims advocacy. She has successfully worked with other insurance professionals in managing emerging and legal risks with clients. She has a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law and an LL.M. in Insurance Law from University of Connecticut School of Law. She is currently licensed to practice law and notary in Puerto Rico.
