Biography
I am a board-level policy and governance leader with over a decade of experience operating at the intersection of law, technology, regulation, and public interest across Africa and global forums.
My career spans government regulation, institutional leadership, board service, and senior advisory, with particular depth in:
• technology, AI and telecommunications regulation
• public sector governance and regulatory reform
• cultural and digital intellectual property
• cross-border policy harmonisation and market entry
I have served in senior roles within government, including as Secretary to Ghana’s telecommunications regulator, National Communications Authority, where I supported national policy development, regulatory governance, and industry engagement in one of Africa’s most dynamic telecoms markets.
Previously, as Head of the National Folklore Board, I led a national institution, drove legislative reform, negotiated multilateral partnerships with UNESCO and WIPO, and positioned Ghana’s cultural assets within global digital and IP frameworks.
I currently serve as Senior Partner and Co-Founder of Afrimore Advisors, where I advise boards, founders, international organisations and multinationals on regulatory risk, market entry, government relations, and digital policy strategy across emerging African markets.
Alongside advisory work, I sit on boards and have extensive experience in corporate governance, fiduciary oversight, stakeholder management, and institutional strategy.
I write and speak regularly on technology governance, AI regulation, digital transformation and Africa-focused policy, and I value thoughtful collaboration with leaders shaping the future of regulation and markets.
