Biography

is a special counsel at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune with expertise in the areas of intellectual property law (especially copyright and trade marks) and data privacy/protection and information technology law. He also has broad experience in media and entertainment, sports, brand protection, software development and licensing, M&A transactions, and general corporate law. He regularly handles both transactions and dispute resolution, including cross-border matters. He is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (AIPP), the Copyright Law Association of Japan, and the Association Litteraire et Artistique Inernationale (ALAI International Copyright Society).
