Fiona Phillips

Biography

Fiona has thirty years’ experience as a copyright law and policy adviser. She is also a part-time, non-judicial member of the Copyright Tribunal of Australia and a member of the Intellectual Property Committee of the Law Council of Australia. Fiona has served on a number of Government advisory committees and is currently a member of the Australian Attorney-Generals’ Copyright and AI Reference Group. She is also a casual academic at he University of Technology Sydney.
