Biography

Martin Krüger is Partner at MAAK Advocaten and an expert in (EU) product compliance and product regulation matters. He has extensive experience and knowledge of product-specific European laws and regulations concerning product safety and compliance and advises and litigates on a variety of matters like product recalls, market surveillance, product liability and commercial disputes about products within the supply chain. Due to his German origin (Heidelberg), Martin has a broad range of German-speaking clients and a special focus on business relations between Dutch organisations and parties from the DACH countries (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).
