Noah Arshinoff

Biography

Noah Arshinoff is a recognized expert in anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, and legal sector regulation. As Executive Director, Policy and Public Affairs at the Federation of Law Societies of Canada, he leads national policy efforts to safeguard the legal profession from misuse by criminal actors and strengthen the profession’s response to money laundering and other illicit financial activity. Noah has advised governments, international organizations, and multilateral development banks on the design of regulatory systems, governance frameworks, and risk-based approaches to combat corruption and financial crime. His work has helped shape policies and institutional safeguards across the globe including the Americas, Africa, Europe, and Asia. In addition to his policy leadership, Noah serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Ottawa, where he teaches anti-corruption law. He has also delivered specialized training and capacity-building programs on anti-corruption and financial crime prevention around the world.
