Biography

Partner of JunHe LLP, China, Head of Antitrust Practice, Chair of Compliance Department of JunHe. Yingling Wei is a partner of JunHe and heading JunHe’s anti-trust practice group. She has over 30 years of experience in the PRC legal practice. Her main focus has been anti-trust, FDI, and Compliance. Since the effectiveness of the PRC Anti-Monopoly Law, Ms. Wei has represented various multinational companies and Chinese companies in their merger control filings, advice on AML compliance issues. Ms. Wei has also led the team handling multiple government investigation cases initiated by AML enforcement agencies. She has represented various multinational/domestic companies defending anti-trust claims in front of PRC courts. Ms. Wei has been frequently nominated and recommended as a China leading lawyer in competition area by legal media such as Chambers, Legal 500, and etc.
