Biography

With experience advising public, privately owned, and private equity backed companies, I have the best of all worlds: an intersection between corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and building relationships with stakeholders and other executive leaders domestically and internationally. I thrive on finding practical solutions through unpacking problems, analyzing nuances, and strategically partnering with others during times of crisis and times of growth. As General Counsel at Vitesco Technologies I am leading both our Global Commercial Law team and our Americas Integrity & Law team with a direct reporting line to our Executive Board. Together with my multinational teams we partner with the business to provide guidance and advice on all legal topics, ensure compliance with Vitesco Technologies’ operations and activities, manage litigation and outside counsel, and support corporate record-keeping and governance activities.
