Biography

Manoj Pundit is a senior partner in the Corporate and Capital Markets Practice Group at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP. Manoj regularly serves as lead counsel on complex domestic and international transactions and corporate governance and regulatory matters. He acts as counsel to issuers, underwriters and investors on securities and corporate matters including M&A, public and private offerings, going public transactions and IPOs, and private equity and venture capital fund formation. He is also the national leader of the Firm's India Group and is active in the firm's initiatives in financial services regulation, tech and life sciences.
