Biography

Patrick Schleiffer has been a partner with Lenz & Staehelin since 2002 and is co-head of the capital markets group of Lenz & Staehelin in Zurich and a leading expert on financial market law, particularly capital markets, stock exchange and securities law, investment fund law, financial services regulation, corporate law and corporate governance. Patrick Schleiffer holds a Ph.D. degree from the University of Zurich and an M.C.J. degree from the New York University School of Law. He is admitted to the Zurich Bar and to the New York Bar. He lectures capital markets and securities law in the LL.M. Program of the University of Zurich and is co-editor of the Swiss internet-based law newsletter CapLaw and an officer of the Securities Law Committee of the International Bar Association.
