Biography

Javier Oroz currently serves as the Chief Risk Officer and General Secretary of AXA Mexico. He is a member of the Executive Committee, overseeing Legal, Compliance, Antifraud, Internal Control, Public Affairs, Risk Management, and Crisis Leadership. Previously, he also managed Customer Complaints, Corporate Responsibility, and the Communications area. Javier has been an active member of the Mexican Insurance Association and the Global Business Council, in addition to belonging to several local and international legal bars and associations. He holds a law degree from Universidad La Salle and has pursued postgraduate studies in law, crisis management, and insurance.
