Dhruv Janssen-Sanghavi

Biography

Dhruv is the founder of the international tax litigation and advisory boutique Janssen-Sanghavi & Associates. With over 18 years of experience in the field, he argues and advises on complex issues of tax treaty interpretation and application, transfer pricing, and constitutional issues of tax laws. Prior to founding JS&A, Dhruv was the Co-head of the International Tax practice at Nishith Desai Associates. He has a PhD in international tax law and contributes regularly to the policy work done at the UN and the OECD.
