Maria Fernanda Pariente Coutiño

Biography

María Fernanda is a senior associate of the Employment practice and the ESG task force at Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enríquez, S.C. She is in charge of the work-culture diagnosis for clients, which includes conflict prevention and alternative dispute resolutions in employment matters; prevention and investigation of harassment at the workplace with gender perspective, prevention of discrimination and good practices in connection with inclusion and diversity in companies. She is part of the Employment and ESG practices. She graduated from Universidad Panamericana´s Law School in Mexico City in 2004. She is trained on alternative dispute resolution mechanisms by the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and the International Labor Organization and is getting certified as a private mediator before Mexico City´s Courts. She has completed the Leadership Academy for Women in Law, conducted by Fordham University; and the Fall Program on Negotiation and Leadership imparted by Harvard Law School. Recently, she received training from the Federal Employment Law Training of Washington, D.C. on Conducting Effective Harassment Investigations and a certification as ESG International Sustainable Business Specialist Level II by the International Association for Sustainable Economy (IASE).
