Biography
Development of Polish Demographic Strategy 2020-2040 and its operationalization. It included:
-preparation of solutions, assumptions, programs, strategies in the area of ESG, especially social matters regarding to demographic trends,
- implementation of the resolutions contained in legal acts ESRS regulating the area of ESG,
- conducting analyzes and assessments of legal solutions in the field of impact on labour, work-life balance and family development,
- promoting and disseminating DEI culture in cooperation with companies,
- initiating and giving opinions on activities aimed at promoting good practices favoring the development of the work-life balance, in particular related to the reconciliation of parenthood and professional work.
My expertise:
Building partnerships and establishing external alliances, development of a strategic partnership base in line with the communication and business strategy.
Promotion of the ESG project and the Activation HUB methodology – research about examples of real ESG/CSR activations analyzed to diagnose which noble goals really move Polish women and men and what mechanics engage them. Activation HUB is a roadmap and guidelines for brands to help implement activations that are engaging, inspiring, having a real impact on the value of brands.
Responsible for creating a broadly understood strategy, taking into account existing opportunities and threats, leading to achieving a competitive advantage, increasing customer value and generating profits. Conducting strategic workshops, setting priorities and long-term planning, monitoring the implementation of the company's strategic goals.
