Biography

Larry is Member at the U.S. law firm Mintz in its Corporate Department and helps coordinate the firm's relationship with non-U.S. law firms. His practice focus includes representing high growth companies, frequently in the technology industry, and the venture capital and private equity investors in those companies. He has extensive M&A experience, representing both financial and strategic acquirers as well as targets. A significant portion of his practice involves cross-border acquisitions and financings, and he regularly counsels non-U.S. clients in connection with their U.S. activities as well as helps coordinate, along with local counsel, U.S. clients as they expand abroad. He has achieved a variety of industry recognitions, including by Chambers, Legal 500 and Best Lawyers in America.
