Biography

Riikka is the managing partner of Hannes Snellman’s office in Helsinki, Finland. She regularly acts for both listed and non-listed companies on a wide range of private and public M&A transactions and advises clients on corporate, governance, securities market, and compliance matters. Riikka has been a member of the Finnish Patent and Registration Office’s Audit Board since 2019. In 2015, Riikka chaired a working group set by the Finnish Securities Market Association for the purpose of reviewing and revising the Finnish Corporate Governance Code.
