Biography

Adeola is a partner in Udo Udoma and Belo-Osagie's banking and finance, power, projects, and infrastructure and compliance and investigations teams. Her areas of practice include cross border lending; syndicated lending; non-interest finance; debt restructuring; financing for power, manufacturing, and infrastructure projects in Nigeria; project development and project finance and anti-corruption compliance and investigations. Adeola is an honoree of the IFLR1000 Women Leaders, 2022, an elite ranking category reserved for the most prominent women lawyers across the world. She has been consistently ranked as a ‘Highly Regarded’ Lawyer by IFLR1000 for her Banking and Finance; Project Development and Project Finance work and by the Legal500 for her Energy and Natural Resources competence. She is also recognised by Who’s Who Legal (WWL) as one of the world’s highest-ranking lawyers as part of the Nigeria - Banking 2022 edition of WWL: Nigeria 2022. Adeola sits on the board of directors of various companies including Syarpa, a Fintech company which facilitates cross-border payments by leveraging digital assets solutions in Africa and around the world. Her interests include women’s empowerment, fashion, and travel.
