I am a Partner at Pestalozzi, an independent full-service law firm in Switzerland, and member of its IP & TMT, Life Sciences, as well as Corporate/M&A Practice Groups in Zurich. I am a seasoned intellectual property and life sciences lawyer, with a strong focus on the pharmaceutical, medical device, and healthcare sectors. I frequently advise clients on IP matters, unfair competition, advertising law, and data protection, as well as food and healthcare regulation, IT law, and media law.
