Biography
Jakub is a Partner at CherryLaw, modern and innovative boutique law firm which is challenging the legal landscape in Poland.
Previously, Jakub served as a partner at EY and CRIDO, where he was a key partner responsible for transactional practice.
Jakub has over 20 years of professional experience and extensive expertise in real estate, construction, and M&A transactions. He has advised investment funds, developers, and construction companies on a wide range of high-profile projects. His experience includes structuring and executing real estate transactions involving both share deals and asset deals, as well as leading numerous legal due diligence processes for domestic and cross-border transactions.
Jakub is a graduate of Harvard Law School, where he completed the Harvard Executive Education Program.
Jakub and his teams have been consistently recognised in The Legal 500 EMEA ranking in the Real Estate category. He has received multiple individual distinctions over the years, including the “Leading Individual” title in 2023, and was honoured as a “Hall of Fame” lawyer in Real Estate in both 2025 and 2026.
