Biography

Noppramart is a partner leading the litigation and arbitration cases at Tilleke & Gibbins International Ltd. She is one of Thailand’s most well-regarded transportation and shipping industry lawyers, with over 20 years’ experience in international litigation and arbitration. Noppramart is engaged in trial and appellate advocacy at all levels of the Thai courts. Noppramart has also represented clients in many international arbitration cases in Thailand and other Asian countries, including Singapore, Cambodia, Myanmar, Vietnam and Laos. She has handled many cases as counsel under the rules of the ICC, SIAC, HKIAC, LMAA, Indonesian National Arbitration Institute (BANI), NCAC (Cambodia), Thai Arbitration Institute (TAI) and Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC), and as well as UNCITRAL and GAFTA rules. Her general practice covers various industries, including construction, insurance and reinsurance, telecommunication, and media and technology. Noppramart also has extensive experience in handling complex commercial arbitrations and she has acted as arbitrator and arbitration counsel in multijurisdictional matters in international Joint-Venture, shareholders, construction, and investment disputes. She is the court member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, France hand is listed as the arbitrator on several international panels of arbitral institutes such as THAC, Arbitrator of Shanghai Arbitration Commission (SHAC), Mainland China and the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA), Mainland China. She is the sole accredited Mediator with Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI) in Thailand.
