Steven Hare

Biography

Steve is a lawyer with Ytterberg Deery Knull LLP. He practices in the areas of US and international trust planning, estate planning, and probate law. Steve is a dual-qualified lawyer and is both a Solicitor of England and Wales (non-practicing) and a Texas attorney. He is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law and he received a first-class law degree from the University of Cambridge. Steve was named as a Texas Rising Star from 2020 through 2024 and he has spoken and authored numerous articles on topics that impact high net-worth clients. Steve has extensive experience representing cross-border clients and advising on tax, compliance, and multi-jurisdictional probate issues. His practice also includes inbound and outbound trust and estate planning, administering complex estates, advising on the formation and management of private foundations, and creating and administering closely-held business entities.
