Biography

Kira Egorova is an Of Counsel in the Private Clients Practice at ALRUD Law Firm. Kira advises HNW families on various aspects of estate planning, inheritance, family law matters, individual taxation. She manages a considerable number of projects on setting up structures for holding and succeeding diversified private and business assets located in different jurisdictions, on assistance in acquisition of movable / immovable property, on risk management of personal assets. Kira’s expertise also includes tax and currency control regulation compliance. She graduated from Moscow State University. In 2003, Kira joined ALRUD and since that time has played a key role in the establishment and development of its Private Clients Practice. Over the years, the practice has received recognition in leading legal directories and rankings and has established a strong reputation in the professional services market for advising UHNW clients. Kira regularly contributes articles to legal publications and frequently lectures at conferences and seminars on current legal issues in her areas of practice. She is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), where she serves as an officer of the Private Client Tax Committee.
