Biography

• Praveen is a Chartered Accountant with more than 30 years’ experience in dealing with accounting, regulatory and taxation issues that affect risk financing arrangements – including global policies, risk retention vehicles (such as captive insurance companies) and alternative risk transfer mechanisms. • For fourteen years as corporate tax adviser at KPMG and Ernst & Young, Praveen was involved with the management of UK corporate tax issues for some of the world's largest non-life London Market insurance companies. • At Marsh, since June 2008, Praveen advises multinational companies on their optimal insurable risk management strategy, including accounting, regulatory and taxation issues affecting captive and global insurance programmes.
