Biography

Matias Cortes is a Partner & Head of International Regulatory at Foodwit, a Regulatory and Food Safety firm in the US. Matias has 20 years of Food Law and International Regulatory experience and has served for more than a decade as Global Head of Regulatory and Government Affairs for Red Bull International, based in Austria, where he also led Latin American as well as Asian regulatory functions. He now lives and works in Los Angeles, California and serves a wide array of companies in the food and beverage sector on Food Policy issues, International Compliance and Government Affairs.
