Biography

Frank advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, licensing deals, corporate law, regulatory matters and capital markets. Based in Shanghai, China, he has practiced law for more than 20 years in both international and Chinese law firms. He has acted for numerous private equity firms, multinational companies as well as Chinese State-owned and private businesses in cross-border transactions. Frank represents clients in a variety of industries with a focus on the Healthcare and Life Sciences sector. He co-chairs the firm’s life sciences and healthcare practice group. He is recommended lawyer in the Life Sciences sector in 2019, 2020 and 2021 by Legal 500.
