Biography

I lead the Investment Funds practice group of Drew & Napier LLC. We assist clients in establishing a variety of investment funds across legal structures (such as Singapore variable capital companies, limited partnerships, companies, units trusts, business trusts and Cayman SPCs). We also assist in regulatory matters pertaining to fund managers, dealers, financial advisers and trust companies in Singapore. We also handle downstream work from the aforesaid entities as required. Honoured to be ranked as a leading individual in Legal 500's profile for "Investment Funds: Local Firms".
