Kerill O'Shaughnessy

Biography

Kerill O'Shaughnessy is a partner in the Asset Management & Investment Funds Group of A&L Goodbody, and acts for a range of funds, promoters and service providers to both public and private funds. Kerill advises US, UK and European asset managers on the establishment and operation of UCITS platforms investing across the full spectrum of strategies from traditional long-only to alternative and structured UCITS, active and passive ETFs and money market funds. Kerill also has expertise in advising on PE, VC, hedge and debt/credit alternative funds, and advises on establishing AIFMs and fund-raising using a range of vehicles and structures including limited partnerships (ILPs, 1907 LPs), ICAVs, PLCs, Unit trusts and CCFs.
