Biography

Payel Chatterjee is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution and White-Collar Crimes and Investigations Practice at Trilegal. She focuses on conducting investigations, commercial litigation, arbitration, and regulatory litigation including appearance before various tribunals. She has conducted a number of investigations including internal investigations as well as with international law firms involving cross-border issues and advice on implications under FCPA and UKBA. She is admitted to the Bar Council of Delhi and is a member of the ICC Task Force addressing issues of Corruption in International Arbitration. She is also a member of YSIAC, YIAG, Caspian Arbitration Group and Women's White Collar Defense Association. She is currently the Vice-Chair of the Steering Committe of the Commission on Arbitration and ADR at ICC.
