Biography

Partner and Head of the White Collar Crime practice at Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak (Poland) Tomasz provides advice to clients who are under threat of criminal liability, e.g. on charges of corruption. He also advises clients who are the victims of abuses such as fraud, theft, acts against a company’s interests, forgery, money laundering, or cybercrime. Has conducted many internal investigations, both locally and in an international environment, and gathered extensive experience in cooperation with renowned law firms from around the world and international consulting firms. Provides advice on how to design and implement compliance procedures and policies, and other solutions aimed at improving the security of business operations. An advocate with nearly twenty years of service, and broad experience in representing clients before law enforcement authorities and courts, both in Poland and other parts of the EU. From 2017 through 2025 “Chambers and Partners Europe” awarded him the title of Leading Lawyer (Band 1). White-Collar Crime & Corporate Investigations department at SK&S has been recognized as Top Tier Firm (Tier 1) in Poland both in Chambers and Partners and in Legal 500.
