Biography
Janusz has over 20 years of experience in managing complex, high-stakes business crime matters and internal investigations. Since 2003, Janusz has been supporting clients in the area of business criminal law. He has accumulated unique experience in cases that require appropriate assessments of the criminal liability risks of individuals and organisations, the preparation of a litigation strategy, and prudent support in crisis situations. Janusz specialises primarily in: defending suspects in business criminal law cases, assisting victims of crime and the recovery of lost property, advising on the risks of criminal liability, their consequences for the organisation and its managers, conducting internal investigations within organisations, matters of professional liability of lawyers, workplace offences, including those related to occupational health and safety. He is ranked by Chambers (Band 1) and Legal500 (Leading individual).
