Christine Braamskamp
Biography
Christine Braamskamp serves as Managing Partner of Jenner & Block’s London office, a Co-Chair of the firm’s Investigations Department, and of both its Investigations, Compliance and Defense and Culture Risk and Sensitive Investigations Practices. Drawing on her diverse international experience, Christine partners with clients to guide them thought a broad range of compliance, investigations, and white-collar matters. Christine is frequently hired to conduct comprehensive culture reviews to identify governance and legal risks and lead complex internal investigations across a range of alleged misconduct (such as bribery, financial crimes, toxic culture, and inappropriate behaviour) to develop and improve compliance programs. She also defends clients through interactions with relevant authorities worldwide and drawing on extensive courtroom experience – oversees parallel civil litigation and criminal investigations. Additionally, when senior executives find themselves subject to criminal, regulatory, and internal investigations, they hire her to help them navigate the impact and find a path forward.
