Biography

Tim is a Managing Director at iCapital where he co-leads the Corporate Development group, focusing on strategic initiatives, including M&A, fundraising, legal process automation and business enablement. Prior to joining the iCapital, Tim was an associate at Cleary Gottlieb, where his practice included M&A, private funds and capital markets, in Cleary’s New York and Seoul offices. During his time in Seoul, he co-founded Soomgo (숨고), Korea’s largest online services marketplace. Prior to law school, he owned and operated a restaurant and was a full-time realtor.
