Biography

Lindsay Pierce is Funds Counsel for Bain Capital, covering primarily private markets. Previously, Lindsay was an Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP, working on private investment funds. Lindsay received a JD from Harvard Law School and a BA from Boston College.
