Biography

Deirdre Ní Annracháin is a partner at Niederer Kraft Frey in Zurich. Deirdre’s practice focuses on capital markets, M&A transactions and corporate governance. She has experience working with international and Swiss companies, investment banks and private equity firms in a range of equity, debt and M&A transactions, including IPOs, rights offerings and public and private acquisitions.
