Biography

I am Head of Tax at Maples Group and advise international companies, investment funds and banks on Irish, EU and international tax. I am a founder, immediate past Chair, member of the Executive Council and director of the Irish Debt Securities Association, the industry association representing the €1+ trillion Irish securitisation sector, and sit on both the Irish Government’s Business Tax Stakeholder Forum and OECD BEPS implementation committee. I am also Chair of the Law Society of Ireland Tax Committee and past Chair of the International Fiscal Association, Irish branch.
