Stefan Mayer

Biography

Stefan Mayer is a partner in the Frankfurt office of Gleiss Lutz and heads its tax practice. He advises clients on all aspects of domestic and international tax law, with a focus on transactions-related tax issues. In particular, he advises clients on M&A transactions, cross-border reorganizations as well as restructurings of distressed companies. His practice also includes advice on tax planning and succession planning matters.
