Biography

IP & Technology, Patent & Trade Secret Litigation, Dispute Resolution Dr Sebastian Heim is a partner at GvW in Munich / Germany. He is head of the firm's IP & Patent litigation practice. His area of practice is technology related intellectual property, in particular patents, trade secrets and software copyright. He focuses on litigation, strategic IP advice, and technology transfer (R&D cooperations, licensing agreements, transactions). Sebastian is a co-author of a textbook on licensing contracts. He is also an Officer within the IBA, chairing the IP Transactions and Technology Transfer Subcommittee.
