Biography

Essi Rimali is a seasoned senior legal professional with a robust background in both law firms and in-house legal roles at international corporations. She currently works as Senior Legal Counsel at the headquarters of Logitech, a technology company based in Switzerland, where she supports Global Commercial Operations and oversees European regional legal matters. Ms. Rimali began her career at Roschier Attorneys Ltd., a prominent Nordic law firm, where she specialized in both private and public companies mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate, and capital markets law. She then transitioned to in-house roles, first with Nokia Siemens Networks and subsequently with JT International SA (JTI), a major multinational corporation headquartered in Switzerland. In her capacity as Assistant General Counsel and Legal Director, she initially managed global Technology Law issues and later focused on Corporate Development matters.
