Denis Maignan

Biography

Denis Maignan is an Associate General Counsel at Publicis, where he focuses on international mergers and acquisitions, cross-border arbitrations, and litigations. Before joining Publicis in 2012, he worked as an attorney for international law firms in China and as in-house legal counsel for international telecom companies. Denis has a postgraduate degree from the University of Paris II Assas.
