Biography

Mr Mínguez is a corporate partner at Cuatrecasas (Spain), where he specialises in financial services. He advises financial services and insurance industry participants in a wide array of corporate, regulatory and transactional matters. Prior to joining Cuatrecasas in 2006, Mr Mínguez developed a 10-year career at the Bank of Spain, the Spanish central bank and banking supervisory authority.
