Biography

Filippo Troisi is the Senior and Founding Partner of Legance. He has been involved in several of the most significant transactions on the Italian market, advising private equity funds, corporate entities and financial institutions. Head of the corporate finance department of the firm, he focuses on mergers, acquisitions (including public tender offers), divestitures, equity offerings and joint-venture transactions in all the most relevant sectors of the economy, such as banking, insurance, industrial, real estate and telecommunication.
