Delano Furtado is Partner, Trilegal and part of the corporate practice group. His primary practice areas are mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring and disposals, private equity and white collar investigations. Delano has worked with several domestic companies and multinational corporations in the context of both inbound and outbound M&A and joint venture transactions and has also advised private equity investors in connection with their financial investments in listed and closely held Indian companies.
