Kate Macmillan

Biography

Kate is a leader in cyber security, contentious data privacy and reputation management. She has been a senior, full-time member of HSF's Global Cyber Security team since September 2019 and is now the Cyber Risk Advisory Lead for the UK, US and EMEA, drawing upon the full range of her experience in her current role. The Legal 500 describes Kate as follows: "Macmillan attracts praise as ‘a real star in the [data privacy] space, who is building a formidable team around her' and ‘a very clever litigator with huge experience' who is 'masterful at managing tricky cases'" (2017).
