Lawyer from Universidad Católica Argentina, MA. in International Relations and Negotiations from Universidad de San Andrés and Facultad Latinoamericana de Ciencias Sociales (FLACSO); MA. in International Economic Relations from Universidad de Barcelona; MA. in Administration and Public Policy from Universidad de San Andrés. Holds a postgraduate diploma in Oil and Gas from Universidad Austral and is certified as Leadership Professional in Ethics & Compliance by the Ethics & Compliance Initiative; Holds a certificate in Corporate Sustainability from Yale University. Between 2006 and 2020, held various positions in the public and private sector related to government control & accountability, public policies, corporate governance, ethics & transparency and integrity. Fellow of the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) of the US Department of State on Accountability in Government and Transparency. Participated as a speaker and moderator in different national and international panels on compliance, transparency, integrity and ethics, accountability and public policies. Also the author of various articles on the aforementioned topics. Chairs the Compliance Commission of the Argentine Institute for Oil & Gas. Since May 2021, holds the position of Chief Compliance Officer at YPF.S.A. Also in charge of the Compliance Program for YPF Affiliates: YPF GAS, AESA, OPESSA, YPF TECNOLOGÍA, YPF BRAZIL, YPF CHILE and Fundación YPF.Co- Chairs the Diversity Committee of YPF S.A. and chairs the Company's Domestic Violence Subcommittee.
