Biography

Howard is a Partner at Spencer West in London. He specialises in commercial contracts generally involving intellectual property including in the film, TV and music industries, technology, gaming and data protection. He also advises on luxury assets which includes acting on the acquisition and sale of private and corporate jets, helicopters and yachts; and high value works of art.
