Fabio Weinberg Crocco

Biography

Fabio Weinberg Crocco is an associate in Sullivan & Cromwell's Finance & Restructuring Group. His practice focuses on bankruptcy, corporate and sovereign restructuring, special situations and the resolution of related disputes, including in Latin America. Fabio is the vice-chair of the International Bar Association's Reorganization & Workout sub-committee and a member of the International Insolvency Institute's NextGen Program. Fabio holds J.S.M. and LL.M degrees from Stanford Law School, a Magister Juris degree from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Law degree from Fundacao Getulio Vargas Law School. Fabio is a member of the New York and Brazilian bar associations.
