Massimiliano Danusso is Managing Partner of the London Office of Bonelli Erede, the largest independent law firms in Italy. He has a strong expertise in International Capital Markets and structured finance, assisting banks and major clients in a wide range of finance operations, and is also specialised in bond offerings, covered bonds and securitisations. He is an international leading expert on derivatives, assisting clients in transactions and in national and international highly complex derivative litigations.
